Owner says
1t is not a 1949–it would not let me scroll 1999 Gen. 1 Volvo V70R Wagon, Red over Black Diamond stitched leather and Alcantara. It is an AWD making 236 or 246 HP(reports vary) and 244 Ft. Lbs. of torque. It is loaded with standard equipment including PW, PL, ABS, SIPS, POWER SUNROOF, ABS, ETC. THE AFTERMARKET RADIO IS THE ONLY MOD. It was in the same family for the 23+ years before I recently bought it. I had some cosmetic and mechanical work completed to get it ready for sale; New driveshaft, coils and spark plugs done at IVS here in Albuquerque, $3000+ 4 wheel Brake pads and rotors, and 4 New Michelins done at Corley’s Volvo less than 1000 miles ago. $3000! I just had the wheels refinished, bumpers painted, the entire car buffed and detailed. The AC is cold, PW, PL, CRUISE CONTROL, POWER SUNROOF ETC. ALL WORK AS DESIGNED The car starts, drives, steers, etc incredibly well. Most older European cars are doomed to be ‘rats’, as these vehicles get older, people tend to neglect service and they slowly begin to deteriorate, because this car stayed in the same family, it was maintained to a consistent high standard. When I looked yesterday at Autotrader.com, Cars.com, CarFax.com, I did not see a single Gen 1 for sale. We currently have 6 cars, I don’t want to trade. I have a clean and clear title in hand.
