Found this multi-purpose vehicle offered for sale by the owner in San Leandro, California. It's an All Sport 4WD Van made by Mazda in 1995, a 28-year-old car still incredibly clean and has low mileage, everything works, and it would be the perfect bone to make it a more versatile overland and/or off-road vehicle and camper.

This unicorn Mazda MPV 4x4 van has been driven about 69800 miles, was posted on Craigslist about a month ago and was still online when we posted it here, overall in good form, and ready for the next owner.

I am selling my incredibly clean and low mileage Unicorn Mazda MPV 4x4 van. These vans are really hard to come by now, especially clean low mileage 4wd All Sport model. Everything works on this vehicle and it has a few very tastefull upgrades to make it a more versatile overland and/or off road vehicle and camper.

A 1.5" spring lift was installed to increase the already generous ground clearance. This made plenty of room for a new set of BF Goodrich All-Terrain A/T KO tires that are about 30". The ride is excellent, smooth and relatively quiet. Everything works as it should and it has rear air to keep your back seat passengers cool and comfortable. The 4wd system has an electronic Dif lock which allows you to easily move from rear wheel drive to all wheel drive to four wheel drive. The van seats 8 folks but can easily be reconfigured in various combinations. Both rear seats fold down flat, lay back flat, can be removed entirely, or any of those combinations. This lends it to be an excellent and flexible overlander, camper van, or winter ski vehicle for a small family. It is a smaller van so it is easy to maneuver and drives like a smaller SUV. Originally, I was going to build a small kitchen/sink system that would be easily removable and would still allow for sleeping. The interior is in beautiful condition with cloth velour seats which have been protected by seat covers the entire life of the vehicle. The mileage is an unbelievably low 69K. I have a clean title in my hand in my name. I will entertain respectful offers. $9500
